Not medical advice

Flow for Many is a self-assessment and coaching tool for personal insight. It is not a medical, psychological or clinical service, it does not diagnose or treat any condition, and it is not a substitute for professional care. If you are in crisis or worried about your health, contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services.

The AI coach

The coach is powered by an AI model. It can be wrong, incomplete or inappropriate for your situation, and it doesn't know anything about you beyond what you've told the app. Use your own judgement before acting on anything it says.

Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old.
• Give an email address you control, and keep your password to yourself.
• You're responsible for activity on your account.
• You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which erases your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to:

• break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
• attempt to access other people's accounts or data;
• overload, probe or disrupt the service, or bypass its limits;
• use the coach to generate harmful or abusive content.

We may suspend accounts that do.

Pricing

Flow for Many is currently free. We plan to offer a paid plan; if we do, we'll show you the price and ask for your agreement before you're charged anything. Nothing you use for free today will be charged for retroactively.

Your content

Your answers and conversations remain yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running but can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may change or discontinue features; if we make a change to these terms that matters, we'll tell you before it takes effect.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
